EU's maximum THC limits for hemp seed foods

On 11 August 2022 Regulation (EU) 2022/1393 was published by the European Commission setting maximum levels for delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) in hemp seeds and derived products. The Commission Regulation 2022/1393 of 11 August 2022 amends the Annex to Regulation No 1881/2006 on food contaminants to this effect. The amendment applies since 1 January 2023.
